What is a Sponsor?

We have a diverse range of sponsors, including individuals, churches, businesses, community groups, and more. Here are several to contribute:

Monetary Donations: Sponsors can make a monetary donation toward the Christmas program.

Shopping for Children: Sponsors can choose to personally shop for one or more children.

Sponsors are asked to purchase at least 3 gifts from the provided list for each child.
JHM will match the Sponsor with a child or children from Perry County based on Sponsor preferences.
Sponsors, please specify the family size you are requesting

Personal Shopping Checklist:

Purchase at least three gift items from the provided list. Ensure all gifts are new and age appropriate.
Double-check the list against the gifts purchased.
Do not wrap the gifts or place them in gift bags for delivery. Sponsors may provide wrapping paper or gift bags separately.
Label each trash bag or box with the child's reference number and your sponsor name before dropping them off at JHM.

Drop-off Information:

Drop off the gifts at JHM office between November 3rd and December 3rd during JHM normal business hours:
- Monday: 9am - 4pm
- Tuesday: 9am -1pm
- Wednesday: 9am- 3pm
- Thursday: 9am - 1pm.
- Friday-Sunday: Closed
Additionally, JHM will be open on Monday, November 30th and Wednesday, December 2nd from 9am - 6pm. It is crucial that all gifts are received by 1pm on Thursday, December 3rd.
Monetary donations for child sponsorship are due at the Join Hands Ministry office by 1pm on Thursday, October 29th.

Each year, Join Hands Ministry (JHM) assists in matching local sponsors with Perry County families in need of help with Christmas gifts for their children.

If you would like to become a sponsor, please submit this form as soon as possible. Children are matched with sponsors on a first come, first served basis.

We will accept sponsorship applications until October 29th, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
